A Weekly Template

DayFocus
Monday to FridaySchool and tuition; 2 to 3 hours of self-study in focused blocks
SaturdayA past paper in rotation; error log review; diagrams
SundayWeekly review and spaced revision; rest and activity

Exam Readiness Checklist

  • I have covered every unit in each syllabus.
  • I can draw and label the key diagrams from memory.
  • I can explain processes in my own words.
  • I have completed past papers under timed conditions.
  • I keep an error log and revisit it.
  • I have completed the required practical skills.
  • I know the paper structures and time allocation.
  • I am sleeping, eating, and exercising well.

Last-Month Revision

Rate each topic as strong, medium, or weak; prioritize weak, high-mark topics; do daily mixed questions; rehearse under exam conditions; rest the day before.

Self-Assessment

Rate yourself from 1 to 5 on: biology concepts and diagrams; chemistry calculations; physics problem solving; exam technique; time management; health and wellbeing. Choose the lowest and plan one action.
